Ingredients:
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 cup heavy cream (for creaminess)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or another sugar substitute (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups ice (or more if you like it thicker)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Blend the Base:
- In a blender, combine the almond milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Add Ice:
- Add the ice to the blender, and blend again until the mixture reaches a thick, creamy, milkshake-like consistency. If it’s too thin, add more ice until you reach your desired thickness.
- Taste and Adjust:
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or cocoa level if needed. You can add a little more erythritol or cocoa powder for a richer flavor.
- Serve:
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately for that frosty texture! Optionally, top with a sugar-free whipped cream or some extra chocolate shavings for an extra indulgent touch.
Notes:
- No sugar: The erythritol (or another sweetener) replaces the sugar, keeping this treat low-calorie and guilt-free.
- Creaminess: The heavy cream gives it that rich, indulgent texture like a real Frosty!
- Adjust to taste: Feel free to tweak the cocoa or sweetener to match your personal preferences.
