Guilt-Free Chocolate Frosty

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (for creaminess)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or another sugar substitute (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups ice (or more if you like it thicker)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Base:
    • In a blender, combine the almond milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and all ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Add Ice:
    • Add the ice to the blender, and blend again until the mixture reaches a thick, creamy, milkshake-like consistency. If it’s too thin, add more ice until you reach your desired thickness.
  3. Taste and Adjust:
    • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or cocoa level if needed. You can add a little more erythritol or cocoa powder for a richer flavor.
  4. Serve:
    • Pour into glasses and serve immediately for that frosty texture! Optionally, top with a sugar-free whipped cream or some extra chocolate shavings for an extra indulgent touch.

Notes:

  • No sugar: The erythritol (or another sweetener) replaces the sugar, keeping this treat low-calorie and guilt-free.
  • Creaminess: The heavy cream gives it that rich, indulgent texture like a real Frosty!
  • Adjust to taste: Feel free to tweak the cocoa or sweetener to match your personal preferences.
