MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or about 3 tablespoons homemade ranch seasoning)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional, for color)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Chicken:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Place the chicken breasts (or thighs) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
    • Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika (if using).
  2. Make the Butter Sauce:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, ranch seasoning mix, and heavy cream until well combined.
    • Pour this mixture over the chicken, making sure it’s evenly coated.
  3. Bake the Chicken:
    • Bake the chicken for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the sauce is bubbling.
    • For extra golden color, broil for the last 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to avoid burning.
  4. Garnish and Serve:
    • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
    • Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or veggies on the side to complete the meal!

Tips for Extra Tenderness:

  • You can marinate the chicken for about 30 minutes before baking for even more flavor.
  • If you want even more “melt-in-your-mouth” tenderness, try pounding the chicken to an even thickness before baking—it helps the chicken cook evenly and remain super juicy.
