Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups cottage cheese (make sure it’s smooth and creamy, not chunky)
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • ¼ cup sweetener of choice (like honey, maple syrup, or stevia)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional, for extra chocolatey goodness)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the cottage cheese: Place the cottage cheese in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, with no lumps.
  2. Add the cocoa powder: Once the cottage cheese is smooth, add in the cocoa powder and blend again until fully incorporated.
